Planner / Calculator
What does the job entail?
In the role of planner / calculator you will be preparing, calculating and writing tenders and propositions, maintaining contact with clients and arranging for the planning of manufacturing orders with the production manager, among other duties. You are responsible for the quote up to and including preparation of the work. You will contribute to daily operational tasks. This a varied and independent job with lots of freedom
Person specification
Van Knippenberg is a complete supplier of high quality stainless steel. We have over 30 years’ experience in the manufacturing of components and products from stainless steel. Most of our customers build machines for use in the food industry.
MBO-plus in a technical field, preferably mechanical engineering or mechatronics (or equivalent education)
Knowledge of written and spoken Dutch and English
Experience with Microsoft Office
Analytical skills
Proactive and full of initiative
